There will be times when Satan tests our faith. He is skilled at deceitful tactics and hopes we will not recognize him as the source of our struggles. He disguises himself to make us blame others for what is happening in our lives.

He understands that by instigating chaos in our household, he can manipulate us into trying to regain control over the situation ourselves. His ability to turn our lives upside down is remarkable; he has a knack for making everything feel overwhelming.

Instead of presenting a single problem for us to tackle, he bombards us with multiple issues, creating a sense of confusion and urgency that makes it difficult for us to respond effectively. This tactic keeps us on edge and prevents us from addressing any one issue calmly and rationally.

In moments of uncertainty or distress, taking a deep breath, pausing, and reflecting are essential. We can use this opportunity to reach out to God, seeking His guidance and clarity to better understand the events unfolding in our lives. It is important to recognize that often unseen forces and influences are at play, shaping our experiences in ways we may not immediately comprehend. By opening our hearts and minds to divine insight, we can gain a deeper awareness of the situation and find peace amidst our challenges.

Our faith will deepen and strengthen as we choose to trust God, even in the face of the enemy’s numerous obstacles. In times of difficulty, we must allow our faith to rise powerfully within us, standing unwaveringly against the adversary. We declare to the enemy that we will place our trust in God regardless of the challenges and chaos you have inflicted or continue to inflict in our lives. Our commitment to God and our faith will guide us through every trial and tribulation.

The more we rely on God and our faith, the sooner we will recognize the enemy’s schemes. As we become aware of what Satan is attempting to do, we can quickly extinguish the fires he has set in our path.

We will win the battle when we remember our identity in Christ. The more we place our trust in God and lean on our faith, the more clearly we will discern the enemy’s tactics. As we begin to recognize the various ways Satan attempts to hinder us and distract us from our purpose, we can respond more swiftly to extinguish the challenges he throws at us.

Remembering who we are in Christ empowers us to engage in these spiritual battles with confidence and resilience. Our identity as children of God gives us the strength to overcome obstacles and fight back against negativity, doubt, and fear. By staying connected to our faith, we equip ourselves to face these challenges head-on and ultimately emerge victorious.

Here are a few of my favorite Bible verses when I need to increase my faith.

Romans 10:17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing comes from the word of God. (ESV)

2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight. (ESV)

Proverbs 3:5,6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

The enemy seeks to challenge all of God’s children, but we are powerful when we increase our faith with the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

This divine weapon equips us to confront our struggles and adversities with courage and conviction, enabling us to rise above our challenges. By immersing ourselves in scripture and prayer, we gain the wisdom and guidance needed to navigate life’s battles, emerging victorious in our spiritual warfare.

Please take a moment to share your favorite verses on faith or your experience with your faith journey.
