A Glorious Reunion: Celebrating Lives Lost

God came for you today,

He knew you were tired.

He said,

It’s time to rest my child,

No more sorrow,

No more pain.

Come into my arms,

I will show you things,

You have never seen.

Into the heavens you went,

Where the angels are rejoicing,

A child of God has come home.

You will be missed,

But I will see you one day,

Oh, what a glories day that will be,

When I see your smiling face,

Smiling back at me!

My tears today,

Will go away,

With much love,

I’ll send it your way.

2 Timothy 4:7, I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the Faith.

Several years ago, I wrote this tribute for a gentleman I had the privilege of caring for until he passed away. Even after all this time, I still find myself missing him. Over the course of years, I developed a deep bond with him. He was an exceptionally loving and kind person, always showing gratitude and warmth in our interactions. His gentle spirit and thoughtful nature left a lasting impression on me, and I remember our moments together fondly.

See you in heaven one day, John!
