Prayer Warriors, each of us had a unique and challenging year, and it is okay that we feel exhausted from the calling on our lives. We’ve experienced the joy of answered prayers and the pain of those that remain unanswered. Let us take a moment to acknowledge the emotional journey we’ve been on this past year, recognizing the individual struggles we’ve faced.
When united in faith, our prayer becomes a powerful force. We’ve asked God for miracles, faith, and hope for ourselves, others, and the world. Our collective prayers, a beacon of hope for those in need, have shown the strength of our unity and the power of our faith. We have faithfully obeyed the calling to pray for others, making a significant difference.
Throughout this journey, we have walked the path before us, unveiling the compassion and patience within us that we never knew existed. We have dried up many tears, including our own. But most importantly, we have shown incredible resilience and growth. We have learned to trust God through every battle, knowing He is with us, guiding us, and strengthing us.
There were days when we felt we could not take another breath, let alone fight another battle. We praised Him through our storms and sought Him through our prayers. We lifted our eyes to the heavens and said, “We do not have the answers, but we know you are faithful.
Let’s be honest: there were days when fear crept in, uncertainty clouded our faith, and we were unsure if our prayers were being heard. But even in those moments, we held on to our faith, knowing that God is always with us, even when we cannot see or feel His presence.
Now, let’s take the time to thank God for the prayers answered and unanswered. Even the prayers He has not answered yet, we know He is faithful and will answer every prayer. We must remember that sometimes God does not answer how we wish He would. Sometimes, His answers are yes, sometimes no, and sometimes we must wait for the answer.
We must reflect on where we started and where God has brought us today. Through each heartfelt prayer, we have discovered a more profound sense of faith and have emerged stronger in our journey. We have become a mighty army for the Lord. We are Prayer Warriors!
We will face this year as a united army for God. We will not back down; we will continue on the path ahead. We must remember where we started and where God is taking us. We must remind ourselves what the ultimate goal is. We will increase our prayer life and continue to pray as God directs us. We must remember that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:28). We will stand firm on our faith and God’s promises.
His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set over you much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ Matthew 25:23 ESV
I invite you to reflect on your experience as a prayer warrior over the past year. Please share how God has worked through you, the challenges you’ve faced, the victories you’ve celebrated, and the lessons you’ve learned along the way. Your insights and stories are invaluable and can inspire others in their faith journey.
