Protecting Your Armor of God: How to Shield Against Spiritual Attacks

Satan is always seeking whom he may devour. He roams this world, looking for any cracks in our armor. If he finds any weakness, he will exploit it until it becomes a major vulnerability. Once the enemy has created a hole, he will enter gradually. He hopes that our armor will start to fall apart, piece by piece. Before we know it, our armor is dull and falling apart, making us and easy target for the enemy. He will bring his army, which will bring doubt, fear, depression, and lies. He is very skilled at what he does, and often we are unaware that we are beginning to fall apart.

It is our responsibility to maintain our armor in excellent condition. We must ensure that we are prepared for battle every day. When the enemy attempts to infiltrate our world, we cannot let them find any weakness, let alone a scratch. The armor of God is provided for our protection; it shields us from the schemes and deceit of the devil. Our armor is designed to safeguard us during the spiritual battles the enemy wages against us. When we wear our armor, we can resist this world’s spiritual forces and darkness. We must keep it gleaming and well-maintained. By doing so we will always be prepared for any attacks the adversary may launch.
